for someone who you´ve met lately.

Maybe it was your new I,

what you saw in someone´s eye.

Reflection of yourself in someone else,

doesn´t always make sense.

Though it´s at least possible

to know someone sensible,

sensible as you think you are,

silently fighting the same war.

War that still isn´t over

and you need someone to be the cover.

Cover to your vulnerable dreams,

someone who knows how it feels.
